The Arizona Cardinals ruled rookie wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. out for the remainder of Sunday's road game against the Green Bay Packers with a concussion.
A woozy Harrison got to his feet after a hit in the first half and went back down again before leaving the field. He was targeted by quarterback Kyler Murray twice but did not have a reception.
In six games this season, the No. 4 overall draft pick has 17 receptions for 279 yards and four touchdowns.
The Cardinals also ruled out defensive tackle Bilal Nichols with a stinger. Nichols had one tackle in the game and 10 tackles in six games this season.
The Packers ruled out wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks with a shoulder injury. Wicks had one catch for 9 yards and has 11 receptions for 133 yards and three TDs this season. In two seasons with the Packers, he has 50 receptions for 714 yards and seven TDs in 21 games.
